Hello, I’m Pam

I help women feel at home in their bodies through gentle, intuitive lifestyle support.

If you’ve ever felt like your body is working against you, you’re not alone—I’ve been there. Your body isn’t broken.

It’s been trying to tell you something all along.

You’re Not Here by Accident

If you’re here, chances are you’ve been trying to feel better for a while.

You may be tired of quick fixes, conflicting advice, trends that don’t last, or supplements that promise everything and deliver very little.

>> Maybe your digestion feels off.

>> Maybe your hormones feel out of sync.

>> Maybe your nervous system feels like it’s always on edge.

These aren’t random issues.

They’re signals from your body, inviting you to slow down, listen, and restore balance.

What Nourished by Pam Is About

Nourished by Pam is a gentle return to simpler rituals rooted in nutrition, herbal wisdom, Ayurveda and self-compassion.

It’s about helping you reconnect with your body, increase your energy, support digestion, and feel calmer and more grounded — all in a way that actually fits into your life.

How I Found My Way Here

My work is rooted in my own healing journey.

In my late teens and early twenties, I struggled with digestive issues and acne. I spent over a decade on the pill, relied on medications like antacids daily, and cycled through restrictive diets and endless “rules.”‍ ‍

A few years ago, my body asked for deeper attention. Painful menstrual cramps (the kind that make you want to curl up and cry because nothing, and I mean nothing, helps) made it clear that I needed to understand what my body was asking for.

I slowed down and focused more closely on nutrition, women’s health, herbs, and holistic healing — and most importantly, I started listening.

I’d be lying if I said I am symptom-free. There are great months and months that humble me. But I no longer feel at war with my body. I feel like I’m understanding its language. And it has shifted everything.

If any part of this story feels familiar — you’re in the right place.

My Degree Diaries

So... why should you trust me?

I mix a little science with a lot of holistic wisdom.

I’ve got a degree in Pharmaceutical Biochem from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and a Master’s in Nutrition and Health from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya — yep, bit of a science nerd here!

These days, I’m diving into Ayurvedic Health Counseling and Botanical Medicine for Women (with the amazing Dr. Aviva Romm), as I continue my studies in women’s wellness.

All of this lets me guide you in a grounded, intuitive way — always with the belief that you know your body best.

Bottom line: I bring the science and the wisdom — so you can just focus on feeling better.

I take a different approach to wellness.

 I believe…

Your body is always speaking

Wellness should feel nourishing, not stressful

Digestion, hormones, and nervous system are deeply connected

Small, consistent changes make the difference

True healing comes from a whole-person approach

Grab your favorite warm drink (iced drinks not allowed… just kidding, but really!) and let’s get to know each other.

Here’s a little snapshot of who I am and what I love:

  • Proud dog mom to Milo (aka Milito, king of the castle)

  • Big enthusiast of all “grandma hobbies” (sewing, thrifting, gardening, word searches—you name it!)

  • Pitta-Vata through and through—I've lived the driven-but-depleted cycle firsthand.

  • Once a big-city girl, now happily rooted in small-town life

  • Embracing a slower pace and the seasons guided by intuition, ritual, and trust in unseen rhythms

  • A free spirit in the kitchen—I firmly believe recipes are more inspiration than instruction

  • NEVER one to skip a daily sweet treat (currently loving dark chocolate with dates!)
